Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since we work with trusted print partners to ensure your items are made to order, production usually takes 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at sales@starsandlegacy.com.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at returns@starsandlegacy.com within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and supporting images. Depending on the details of the return, we may not cover shipping costs for replacements. Read more on the Returns & Guarantees page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package every step of the way. If you do not receive a tracking number, contact us at sales@starsandlegacy.com for assistance.
How are your products made?
We collaborate with skilled print partners to produce each item on demand. This approach ensures top-quality craftsmanship and helps us reduce waste, so your purchase is both unique and sustainable.
Do you offer customization?
Some of our products are available for customization. Look for the custom fields before adding to cart. If you have any questions, please reach out. If you place the order without adding your customizations, we may or may not be able to cancel the order in time for a return or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $120.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Since our products are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at returns@starsandlegacy.com if you need to make adjustments. Read more on our Returns & Guaruntees page.
